Heart burgers. This is how this chain of hamburger restaurants presents itself, with a network of small but cozy establishments. His hamburger, 100% homemade, with well-spiced entrail meat. The menu is extensive and creative, with bold flavors that challenge palates; you will find a variety of options. Some of the ones that stand out are Task Fina (medalion of entrails with Parmesan cheese, confit garlic, arugula, grilled sweetbreads and lime and cilantro mayonnaise); Grill (provoleta cheese with chimichurri, black pudding, grilled bell pepper, red onion and smoked ketchup); and Doña Tota (Cheddar cheese, grilled egg, bacon, bow-tie noodles with cheddar and barbecue sauce). A recommended one: the Cuzco Hatuchay (with reggianito cheese, fried sweet potato, bramble onion, lemon, jalapeño and cilantro, and huancaína sauce).

It is the hamburger restaurant of Mauro Colagreco, the renowned chef from La Plata who knew how to reach the pinnacle of gastronomy in the world with his Mirazur restaurant, and who in 2016 decided to create this place to maintain a close link with his roots. Ingredients from artisanal producers in the region and organic vegetables are used for their preparations. Among the most requested we find the Complete, with the meat medallion accompanied by lettuce, tomato, pickles, egg, bacon and red onion; and the Meat, with mushrooms, roasted onion, cuartirolo cheese and tomato.

Among the vegetarian options, there is the Veggie, which comes in turmeric bread and inside it has grilled portobello mushrooms, a scented tomato tapenade, grilled halloumi cheese and purple lettuce. You can accompany the menu with the Water of the Day, an infusion with a good combination of vegetables and fruits.

The hamburger proposal that was all the rage in delivery format during the pandemic has its space to go and enjoy, since it shares premises with Substance Zeta, a craft beer factory. There are simple burgers, double burgers, a vegetarian option (lentil medallion) and a Double medallion with bread without TACC. The Sucucho Burger comes with barbecue, onion rings, provolone, and sautéed vegetables. The most requested: Double American Burger (double medallion of meat, onion, barbecue, cheddar, bacon and egg). Recommended, the Double Simoneta (double medallion, double provolone, bacon, roasted bell peppers and cheddar sauce) and Double Don Roque (with blue cheese, mozzarella, caramelized onion, arugula and walnuts).

The gastronomic corridor of Diagonal 74 has one of the hamburger jewels: B’Eat. Fresh, quality and homemade ingredients, even the sauces. Nothing is better than closing your eyes and realizing it as you savor each bite. The burger that comes out the most is the Double Flame, which comes with 2 medallions of meat, cheddar cheese, slices of bacon, crispy onion and spicy mayo. Also good options are the XCaliburguer (double medallion of meat, Dambo cheese, a provoleta feta, egg, tomato and homemade pesto mayonnaise); and the Bacon Beatcheese (180-gram medallion of meat with dambo cheese, cheddar cheese and a slice of bacon). To try, the premium preparations of the house: Porky’s (medallion of meat, dambo cheese, braised bondiola, sweet and sour cucumbers and BBQ sauce); and Gugle (200-gram vacuum medallion, Dambo cheese, lettuce, caramelized bacon, cooking reduction sauce and battered mozzarella).

It is one of the hamburger restaurants of the moment. Burger Bros landed in the city in 2021 and has already managed to captivate the palate of the people of La Plata. Fluffy bread, juicy meat and well-melted cheese. There are more than a dozen options. Among the most requested: Burger Bros (double meat, Emmental cheese x2, homemade barbecue, bacon, crispy onion, and melted raclette cheese); Crispy Burger (double meat medallion, cheddar x 4, bacon, crispy onion and aioli); and the Stacket (with beef medallions, cheddar, bacon and stacket sauce). You can order it in a double version… up to quintuple! One recommended: The Fresh Burger, with double meat, Emmmental cheese x2, grilled provolone, arugula, candied tomatoes and pesto. There is also an option for celiacs (with gluten free bread), and for vegetarians, La Vegeta (veggie medallion, cheddar, lettuce, red onion, roasted tomato, and Thousand Island sauce, on cabutia squash bread).
